Our Mission is to train lawyers of every skill and experience level to become able and strategic litigators who can seize the moral high ground in the courtroom, confidently deal with the unexpected challenges that arise at trial, and prevail in their most demanding cases.
We provide trial assistance for trial lawyers of every experience level. We feature both trial and advocacy skills training, as well as individual case assistance and support. This is essentially an extension of what I've been doing for many years, with both younger lawyers in a formal training setting, or second seating at trial , and with more experienced colleagues who don’t try that many cases, and who often reach out informally for my assistance.
