The Foundation for Excellence in Trial Advocacy (FETA) has as its mission continued trial advocacy training outside of law school or CLE’s for practicing lawyers, including preparation, skills, and strategy, as well as support for trial attorneys or firms who are preparing for a trial. I and my team will provide consultations, advice, and second seating, depending on your team's needs.
I have trained attorneys in a variety of different locations and forums, with great success, in prior organizations and at the former Trial Skills Institute for Advocacy Excellence. My book, Advocacy Excellence: The Jury Trial, co-authored with my former partner, grew out of the many lessons we both learned from trying cases, as well as from great lawyers who mentored me as I grew into a strong trial lawyer. I now use the text to teach law students trial advocacy.
FETA is and will continue to be a top notch, quality experience in both training and support for practicing trial lawyers.
